Work out certain muscles per day



Rather than trying to attack all the muscle groups in one day, make sure you have a plan on growing your body. When you work out that you don’t just spend time on your chest and biceps, but you should be working out your whole body. You should start off by placing your muscles in different groups. For example:
1. Chest, Triceps, shoulders and Traps
2. Back, Biceps and Lats
3. Core
4. Lower body: quads, hams and calves.
