Eating bread before a workout

Here's an odd work out tip. Eat 2 slices of bread at least 2 hours before you work out. 2 hours is important here. You have to allow enough time for your body to digest the food and convert it to energy that you'll be using. If you eat bread or any food under that 2 hour window, you could end up feeling sick during your work out and that could end it prematurely.

The bread has plenty of sugar to help you energize your muscles nutrients it needs to grow. Bread not only tastes great, it helps to fill you up. There are plenty of vitamins and minerals found in cereal to help keep you healthy. If you're interested in mixing it up, try having it with some jelly or jam for added energy.
