What kind of music do you work out to?

Ever notice that if you walk into a gym, they always have some sort of fast beat music playing in the background. Do you know why they do that? It's to energize you, to help you get motivated to lift. But what if you don't like the kind of music they play? Then listen to your own.

Rap, metal, alternative and even electronic music can help you get pumped up for a good work out. Ever notice how runners use headphones when running outside? Its to keep them motivated as well as help them keep a good pace when running.
