Pure Muscle Pro-Try this.

Here's what I mean by TRY THIS. The directions say that you should take one capsule in the morning and 2 right before a work out. Here's what you have to try, take one capsule an hour before your work out. Then half way through it take another.

The first one will help gradually build up your amino acid levels and increase your energy from the Niacin B-3. By doing this, you won't get that jolt you'd receive from the Niacin B-3. Instead you start to feel more energized and ready to rock, but in a gradual way. Try it and see if your work outs are better.
